Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of postalassetpartners.com and all wholesale purchases from Postal Asset Partners ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Business

We are a wholesale supplier of genuine, unused USPS Forever Stamps, primarily sourced through corporate asset liquidation channels. We sell exclusively at wholesale volume (minimum 100 rolls of 100 stamps each) to business buyers. We are not a retail storefront, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by the United States Postal Service.

2. Products

• All products are genuine, unused USPS Forever Stamp coils (100 stamps per roll).
• Available SKUs are USPS Flag Design issues from the following years: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.
• USPS Forever Stamps always redeem at the current First-Class Mail rate regardless of print year. The face-value reference used for pricing is $0.82 per stamp / $82.00 per 100-stamp roll (as of July 12, 2026), subject to USPS rate changes.

3. Pricing & Volume Discounts

All pricing is quoted in U.S. dollars, per roll (100 stamps), and based on discounts from USPS face value:

Quotes are confirmed personally by our team. Pricing is subject to change based on inventory, market conditions, and USPS rate adjustments. A confirmed quote is valid for the terms stated in that confirmation.

4. Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed via written communication (WhatsApp or email) after both parties agree on quantity, pricing, and logistics.
• Preferred payment method is bank wire transfer. Other methods may be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
• Orders ship after payment is received in full.

5. Shipping

Orders ship from our U.S. warehouse. Shipping costs and timelines are confirmed at the time of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs beyond our control.

Shipping Insurance. 【投保方：由卖方 Postal Asset Partners 为每笔订单投保 / 由买方自行投保】。所有批量订单在运输期间按 【保额规则：例如按订单全额面值 / 按售价金额】 投保，保险费用 【包含在报价内 / 由买方另行承担】。如货物在运输中丢失或损坏，买方应在承运商签收后 5 个工作日内通知我们并配合提供照片等证据；理赔流程为 【占位：向承运商/保险方提交索赔的步骤与时限】 ，赔付款项将在理赔完成后 【占位：赔付方式与时限】 支付给买方。

6. No Returns on Wholesale Goods

Due to the nature of wholesale postage inventory and the negotiated volume pricing, all sales are final once the order is confirmed and shipped. Claims for damaged or missing shipments must be reported within 5 business days of delivery, with photographic evidence where applicable.

7. Legal Use & Compliance

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring that their use of purchased stamps complies with all applicable laws and USPS regulations.
• USPS permits the transfer and resale of genuine postage stamps. We warrant that our inventory is genuine, unused USPS stock.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific order in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
